Alessandro Colella obtained a PhD in Philosophy and Theory of Human Sciences at the University of Macerata and he is Professor of History and Philosophy at the Italian secondary school. He has experience in the field of history philosophy and sociology research, and he is expert EU project funding and media. He is engaged in citizenship and democratic culture, information, training (professional and otherwise), education (formal, non-formal and informal), communication and social inclusion with a critical, professional, theoretical and practical approach.
Stefano Corradi: he has a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages and Literature and a Masters Degree in International relations at the University of Bologna. He also has a Master in European projects in 2020. Since then, he has been collaborating with various European Organisations with writing and managing project proposals for the Erasmus+ program, other than working as a project officer for the Friuli Venezia Giulia Italian Region, managing the financial aspect of projects inside Interreg and Life programs. He currently works as a researcher for Kaunas University of Technology and as a Euro Project Manager at eMundus, in Lithuania.
Andrea Fanelli has a Master degree in International relations and a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistic mediation. After many experiences abroad as a student, researcher and volunteer, he found a job as project and financial manager for CNR.
He cares about social, environmental and cultural issues, collaborating all these years with ONGs such as Amnesty international, Compagni di Jeneba, Tenda di Abramo and, more recently, Refugees Welcome.

Irene Giovanetti has a Master’s Degree in Psychology of Community, wellness promotion and social change in 2020 and Master in EU policies and Project Management in 2022 at the University of Padova.
Community psychologist, Irene works on local and European projects in participatory action-research, wellness promotion, participatory and cooperative methodologies, community development and project evaluation. Specialized in European project design, social change processes and sex education.
Irene has international experience in designing and conducting qualitative, quantitative, mixed-methods research projects and systematic literature reviews.
Mirko Lombardi has a Master degree in International Economics and Trade Relations at the University of Macerata, where he collaborated with the Economic Development department. He has many years of experience in Non-Governmental Organization in Italy and abroad. He worked as a project manager at the European Center for Economic Policy Analysis and Affairs in Brussels and is currently Vice President of Communia. He is specialized funds raising and EU funds proposal’s writing, management and implementation, in particular under the ERASMUS+ programme. He has experience in the field of macroeconomic research and public policy analysis. He mainly deals with research and analysis, European Union policies and non-formal education. He has undertaken numerous training and work experiences abroad: New York (USA) for the National Model United Nations project in 2008, 2009, 2012, Melbourne (Australia), Berlin and Brussels.
Greta Ottaviani: with a Master’s Degree in Psychology of Community, wellness promotion and social change, Greta is currently working as an intern with Metodi srl, an Association based in Milan which operates in the fields of Education, Supervision and Research on a Community development model. Greta has experience in psychosocial studies, particularly in the field of community assessment and evaluation of social impact (VIS). She did stage work in Lisbon in a project called “Housing First” aimed at deeply marginalised people. She did a EuroFormation course and wrote an European KA2 project for social inclusion of the LGBTQIA+ community.
